Derby antique porcelain
A finely modelled Derby figure of St Thomas, the saint dressed in Roman attire, enveloped in a cloak. At his feet lie an orb and a broken sword - allegorical of the fragility of temporal power.
c.1760

Ht: 9.5", 24 cm.
